Shipping & Delivery Policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We prioritize getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Please double-check the model, color, and all order details before completing your purchase, as we are unable to modify or cancel any orders once they have been entered into our system. No changes or cancellations will be permitted after the order is submitted.
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of placement and will be shipped on the next business day following processing.
All orders are handled and dispatched from our warehouse in China. During holidays, promotional events, and peak sale seasons, please allow additional processing time to ensure your order is prepared carefully.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

As soon as your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address associated with your account. This email includes tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s status in real time. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your package and your delivery destination.
For all international orders, customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

TRACKING

As the recipient, it is your sole responsibility to track your order using the provided tracking information and submit any required documents or information to your local customs office or delivery courier. If an order is marked as “Return to Sender” or “Unsuccessful Delivery” due to your failure to follow up, respond to notifications, or submit necessary requirements to the courier, we will not be able to provide free refunds or replacements. In such cases, you may need to place a new order on lumevar.com.

DELIVERY

Your local customs office may request additional documentation or require extra time to clear your package, which could result in delays to the estimated delivery time. We appreciate your understanding as these delays are beyond our control.
Your order may be delivered by either your local post office or a trusted local courier. In most regions, deliveries are handled by the local postal service, meaning your package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notice card with instructions on how and where to collect your package.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import taxes, customs duties, and related fees may be applied to your package once it arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined solely by the customs office of your country, and their amounts vary based on local regulations.
Payment of all such taxes, duties, and fees is the full responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Lumevar. For more detailed information about applicable charges, please contact your local customs office directly.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

It is your responsibility to review your local postal and customs regulations regarding restricted or prohibited items. Lumevar cannot be held liable for any items that are refused entry or seized by customs in your destination country.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

If your credit card account uses a currency other than US Dollars (USD), the exchange rate applied to your transaction may differ from the rate displayed on lumevar.com. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee, which is determined by your bank’s pricing and fee policies.
Lumevar is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank or credit card issuer. For more details about these fees, please contact your financial institution directly.
While product prices on lumevar.com are displayed in your local currency for reference, the checkout process is conducted in USD. All transactions are securely processed in US Dollars through Stripe.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately. We process and ship orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so delays in contacting us may prevent changes from being made.
Please note: Once our warehouse has processed, packed, or shipped your order, we will be unable to make any changes or cancel the order.
